API Access

The Connector uses the API provided by OPC to list and download your projects. For the Connector to work you will need to ensure that API access is enabled. The steps required to do this can be found here.

When updating these settings you need to ensure that either "All Users" have access to the API, or if you choose "Only Selected" then the user whose credentials you provide to the Connector must be listed.

There is an advanced setting allowing you to restrict access to the API by IP address. It's recommended that you only enable this if you are required to by a relevant security policy, and that you are certain of the external IP addresses your organization's internet traffic will originate from.
